For those of you who have held your qualifications for 3-5 years or more we offer update training and certificates of attendance. HSE recommends adequate update/ refresher training for chainsaw and tree climbing qualifcations. These update courses are designed to cover any changes since your last ground or aerial qualification, including current industry best practise. These courses are also practical, as you will need to refresh your skills and techniques.

On completion a certificate will be issued, which is valid for the next 3-5 years.

Please note: Updates are not re-assessments; your current qualification cannot be taken away. These training days are designed to update and teach you any areas which may have changed, or you may have become unfamiliar with. If you are not competent with the techniques we may not issue an certificate, but recommend you seek further training before completion.
