Based in Hampshire’s beautiful New Forest. Arbor Venture Training is one of the South’s leading independent training providers for the forestry and arboriculture industry.

As a registered Lantra training provider, all our courses are delivered to National Vocational Standards. We cover all forestry based chainsaw and tree climbing courses and cater for all levels of candidates whether you are looking at a new career, advancing your skills or needing a refresher; as an individual or as part of a company.

For those of you who are entering the industry afresh, we can train you from start to finish in everything you need to know to become a qualified and competent chainsaw operator and tree climber.

To make life easier for you and to provide a complete package, license to practice qualifications are built into each course and are included in the course fee.

We pride ourselves on meeting the needs of our customers and their individual requirements, and provide personal, high-energy and friendly training.

Our Instructors and Assessors teach to the highest standards. Working within the forestry and tree care industry they have an extensive knowledge and keep up to date with the safest and latest techniques.

We can provide you with all the equipment you need for the courses, check your current equipment and advise you on what is most suitable for your needs. PPE and climbing equipment use is included in the course fee. You may bring and use your own equipment which must be fit for purpose. Climbing/Rigging equipment must have a current LOLER inspection certificate..

Thorough Examination of Arboricultural Equipment

 

Arbor Venture Training is pleased to offer a new service. 6 and 12 monthly LOLER examinations carried out by fully qualified and insured NPTC inspectors. Our in house inspectors have a wide range of arboricultural knowledge and experience with both climbing and rigging equipment.
